FLECONN can manufacture and custom A-Coded D-Coded X-Coded 4 pin 8 pin m12 ethernet cable, m12 to rj45 cable, m12 to rj45 ethernet cable and networking cable for industry automation, robot, aviation industry, military industry, shipbuilding industry and so on.

M12 Ethernet cable and m12 networking cable are widely used in industrial automation, robot, industrial camera, 100Mbps high speed, 1,000Mbps super speed, 10Gbps gigabit Ethernet applications. We may choose cat 5, cat5e, cat6, cat6a cable to connect with male and female m12 Ethernet connectors and rj45 plug according to the requirements of transmission rate from actual applications.

M12 Ethernet cables are made up of one or two piecse of m12 4pin/8pin male/female Ethernet connectors, no rj45 connector or one rj45 plug on the other end of the cable, UPT, FTP, S/UTP & F/UTP, S/FTP Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a cable with mult-strands 26AWG 24AWG copper wire conductor and 2 Pairs / 4 pairs of twisted pair wires. If the work environment of m12 Ethernect cable needs IP66, IP67, IP68 waterproof and dustproof function, we may overmold both of end of connectors and cable by injecting PVC/PUR/TPU resin. The material of cat5e, cat6, cat6a cable jacket also may be PVC/PUR/TPU.
